SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

• You can cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time but, if you do this more than 14 days after the start of your subscription, you won't be refunded for any fees paid.

• Even if you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to ShowKontrol until the end of your current billing period.
   

• If you request a refund within 14 days of the start of your subscription, we'll refund you via the PayPal payment method you used to purchase your subscription.

• To receive a refund, please cancel your subscription via PayPal within 14 days of the start of your subscription and send an email to info@eiglive.com with your request.

​

• Your access to ShowKontrol will end within five (5) working days of processing the refund request.

• After 14 days from the start of your subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund.

To cancel your subscription and, if applicable, request a refund, log in to your PayPal account and cancel your plan there. For refund requests, please follow above steps and send us an email to info@eiglive.com
